Overview
This project documents my completion of the TryHackMe tabletop exercise focused on APT34, also known as OilRig. The simulation centered on responding to a targeted intrusion involving unauthorized email access, lateral movement, and attempted goal execution.
The exercise required applying structured incident response decision making across detection and analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post incident activity. My final score was 128/150, which demonstrated solid readiness while also showing areas where I could improve early detection precision and analytical consistency.

Exercise Methodology
1. Initial Triage
The exercise began with reviewing the initial signs of suspicious activity. The goal was to determine whether the available information suggested normal user behavior, suspicious activity, or a confirmed incident.
